1. HOW TO ENTER: "Jeep® Aventura Por El Pais SweepstakeS" ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00:01 A.M., ET on 4/26 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M, ET on 9/16/07 ("Promotion Period"). Visit the ESPN® Booth at one of the festivals listed in the table below and enjoy ESPN's "Experiential Event" that includes your participation in interactive screen games and offers you the opportunity to have an Experiential Event Ambassador assist you in registering to enter the Sweepstakes on-line, on-site. You may also enter the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period by visiting www.barrio305.com/jeep and following the registration instructions. Limit: One (1) entry per person per day regardless of e-mail address.

2. RANDOM DRAWING:On or about 9/24/07, a random drawing will be held to select the potential Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") from among the total number of all the eligible entries received regardless of the method of entry. The drawing will be conducted by Mercury Promotions & Fulfillment ("Mercury"), an independent judging agency, from among all the eligible entries received. Mercury's decisions will be final in all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. The potential Winner will be notified by phone and/or mail on or about 10/1/07. The potential Winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Compliance (including his/her Social Security Number as required by law for income tax purposes) and a Publicity/Liability Release, except where prohibited by law. Failure to sign and return these documents by the return date specified in the prize notification letter will result in forfeiture of Prize and selection of an alternate potential Winner. If the potential Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the Prize will be awarded in the name of the potential Winner's parent/legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents.

3. ELIGIBILITY:All legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia, 18 years and older with a valid drivers license, are eligible to enter the Sweepstakes except persons who are officers, directors, or employees (and members of household or their immediate family, i.e. spouse, parent, child, or sibling and their household members) of DaimlerChrysler Corporation ("Sponsor"); its affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, including Global Hue, Mercury; prize providers and other individuals/entities associated with the development, administration, and/or supply to this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win ("Sponsor & Others").

4. GRAND PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING (1): One (1) Grand Prize Winner ("Winner") will receive as the Grand Prize ("Prize") a 2007 Jeep® Patriot™ Sport with available Freedom Drive I ™ Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) Standard Electronic Stability Program, Traction Control, ABS and Electronic roll mitigation and Side-Curtain Airbags. (MSRP starting at $14,985). If the actual Prize costs less than the stated approximate retail value, the Winner is not entitled to the difference in cash. All other costs and expenses, including the costs of licensing, registration & title fees, emission inspection charges, options/upgrade packages, collision & liability insurance, and all other expenses, e.g. federal, state, and local sales and/or use taxes, etc. are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Vehicle shown in any promotional materials and/or at any of the events listed in the Table above are for illustration purposes only; vehicle awarded to the Winner may differ. The Winner must provide valid driver's license and proof of insurance upon delivery of vehicle, and take delivery of vehicle at a dealership designated by Sponsor within two (2) months of notification of being the Winner or the Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and Sponsor shall have no further responsibility. Other restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of the Winner to accept the Prize. The Winner will be issued a Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service, in the amount of the manufacturer's suggested retail price of the Prize. The odds of winning depend on total number of all eligible entries received regardless of the method of entry. The Prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or substitutable except by Sponsor with a prize of equal or greater value.

5.INTERNET: Sponsor & Others are not responsible for interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or jumbled, scrambled or misdirected entries or transmissions, or for phone, electrical, photographic, network, computer hardware or software or program malfunctions, failures or difficulties or for other errors, omissions, interruptions, or deletions of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic which interfere with entry into or operation of this Sweepstakes or for any damage to any person's computer related to participating in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor & Others are not responsible for illegible, unintelligible, late, lost or stolen entries or incorrect or inaccurate entry information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human errors which may occur in the processing of any entries in this promotion. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses, under multiple identities or uses any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or who, is Sponsor's sole judgment, is found to be tampering, abusing or otherwise interfering with the proper operation of this Sweepstakes, will be disqualified from participation in the Sweepstakes and may be subject to prosecution. If in the judgment of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to discontinue, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Any personally identifiable information collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor and used by Sponsor and its agents solely for purposes of the proper administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes as described in these Official Rules or as stated in Sponsor's Privacy Policy, at http:www.daimlerchrysler.com. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

CONSENT & RELEASE: By accepting the Prize, Winner releases Sponsor & Others from any and all damages, losses or injuries, whether property or personal, including death, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or due to or in connection with the acceptance, use/misuse, or enjoyment of the Prize, participation in this Sweepstakes, or arising out of or in connection with Sponsor's use of any entries and/or photographs and Sponsor & Others will be held harmless against any such claims of liability. Acceptance of Prize by the Winner constitutes permission to use the Winner's name, photograph, statements, and/or likeness for advertising/promotion purposes in any media, worldwide, as Sponsor in its sole discretion determines without additional consultation or compensation except where prohibited by law.

7. GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. All Federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. All disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, and without resort to class action, exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) of the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Macomb County, Michigan. Should there be a conflict between the laws of the State of Michigan and any other laws, the conflict will be resolved in favor of the laws of the State of Michigan. All judgments or awards shall be limited to actual incurred out-of-pocket expenses (excluding attorneys' fees) associated with participation in this Sweepstakes and shall not include any indirect, punitive, incidental and/or consequential damages. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdelivered/undelivered, non-received, stolen, incomplete or illegible entries or mail. All entries and mail become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Void in AK, HI, in all jurisdictions other than the 48 contiguous United States/ District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited by law.
